Early access

Shoopix is in early access. Features, availability, and these terms may change at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.

Your submissions

By submitting a product, price, or deal you confirm that:

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to share any photos you upload
• You are not submitting spam, misinformation, or deliberately false prices

You grant Shoopix a non-exclusive licence to display and use your submissions in the community catalogue. We may remove submissions that do not meet our quality standards.

Accuracy

Prices and deals are submitted by community members and may not be current. Always verify prices at the point of purchase. Shoopix is not responsible for pricing errors.

Acceptable use

You must not use Shoopix to:

• Scrape or bulk-harvest community data
• Submit malicious content or code
• Impersonate another person
• Violate any applicable UK law

Liability

Shoopix is provided "as is" during early access. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our liability to you shall not exceed £10.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
